2017 was a huge year for me, and 2018 is starting off with a bang as well.
When I first started CineDump, I developed a short list of creators that I knew I wanted to talk to, but always assumed would be just out of reach. I put Adam Green on the top of that list and with films such as Frozen, Hatchet, and Digging Up the Marrow already under his belt, I am pleased that I get to speak to him about his latest project, Victor Crowley.
For those that don't know, Adam is single handily responsible for reigniting not only my love for horror but also my love for cinema. He, along with his co-host, is the reason I know more about this industry than I have ever before. And, in a roundabout way, he is responsible for this website, the one that I've been growing since 2015. Thank you, Adam Green.
Oh, and there's Kane Hodder too.
Just kidding, Kane.
So, yeah. I finally get the interview I've always dreamed of, and my mic craps out. While I was disappointed to discover that my audio situation wasn't ideal, I am happy that you can, at the very least, understand us. And, at the end of the day, I interviewed two living legends, and the bucket list lives on. Instead of marking him out completely, I've decided to keep Adam's name at the top. Perhaps next time the audio Gods will be on my side.
As mentioned in the interview, Victor Crowley is a ton of fun. And, even if you haven't seen the first three, Green does a great job catching up the viewer with his latest installment of the Hatchet films with this soft reboot. Be sure to check out Victor Crowley, when he returns to the swamp. The film will be released on VOD, Digital and Blu-ray and DVD on February 6, 2018. Be sure to snag a copy, I'd love to see this franchise continue. So should you.
Victor Crowley lives!
