If you know me, I've probably recommended the film Cheap Thrills to you at some point in our friendship. But for those that aren't aware, this was my third favorite film of 2014.  That is the same year that Whiplash, Gone Girl, and Boyhood all came out.

One of my favorite things about this gig is being able to see a movie and talk to the creator soon after. Sometimes the next day. This is especially cool when you get to talk to someone about a movie you liked.
